Paul Comparat residence
Description
This dorm has 403 furnished rooms of 13 sq m (desk, chairs, table, bedside table, bed, cupboard, shelf) with shower and toilets en suite. Linen is provided (protective sheets, bolster cover) and changed regularly free of charge. The student does his or her own cleaning, with staff looking after the collective areas. Each room has France Telecom phone line, network, and TV connections.
Each floor has its own shared lounge, excepted on the first floor (US) / the basement (En), with fridge, micro-wave and four electric hot-plates; crockery is not provided. Each building has a coin-operated launderette on the ground floor.
Cost
The monthly price per room is presently €330. Billing is two-monthly in advance.
School rules require a deposit of one and a half months' rent (i.e., €495) to be paid in September. The student's bank account code numbers will be required on the first day of term so that the deposit can be refunded by transfer when the student leaves.
Students must take out a private policy.
Reservation
Students joining Centrale Lyon after common entrance need to request registration by August 31st at the latest by contacting the Ecole Centrale de Lyon.

Students are allowed to move in the Paul Comparat residence as of August 28th. The registration is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
